I interned with post-doctoral fellows on the MiBrain Team of the Tsai Laboratory. The MiBrain team is tasked with creating brain organoids from induced pluripotent stem cells. The brain organoid is then used in our Alzheimer’s Research efforts. My position consisted of running experiments to induce/activate Alzheimer’s Disease in the cells.

In this position I was tasked with organizing the meals before they left the kitchen, delivering food to the tables, and clearing the tables after customers left.

This position was the Environmental Stewardship Global Impact Internship with Global Leadership Adventures (GLA) in partnership with OurLand (a non-profit organization in Thailand working for preservation of Asian Elephants).

This internship was undertaken in order to learn the workings of property management and brokering. I also played a role in the updating of the firms online website.
