Provides statistical, analytic, and reporting support for the Institutional Knowledge and Management Office and UCF DirectConnect. Major activities include:-The transformation of institutional data into relevant, accurate, insightful, and actionable information using SAS Enterprise Guide.-Preparing and presenting statistical, analytical, and narrative information through the development and maintenance of analytical dashboards on Tableau, SAS Visual Analytics (V.A), and Power Bi. -Creating interactive visualizations and graphical representations using Tableau, SAS V.A, and Power Bi

• Queries Ellucian’s Banner by using SQL in TOAD Data Point to extract spreadsheets to create reports• Operates Power Bi to help create Enrollment/Persistence and Assessment Dashboards• Trains Faculty and Staff on how to use Power Bi Reports and Dashboards • Utilizes Microsoft Office Access, and Excel daily to transform data spreadsheets to address data requests• Uses Survey Monkey to create and distribute the First Time in College Satisfaction Survey and the Graduate Survey
