Three sport coach, transformational leader, that focuses on the life development of student-athletes. I posses a variety of skills that prove valuable for the consistent success of all team sports, and the athlete as an individual. I have experience in recruiting athletes, practice planning, athlete study-skills, time management, and motivation of the complete person, supervising a coaching staff, and developing strong program culture. My specialty as a coach is developing the fundamental skills and techniques of players. Football defensive backs, Basketball post players and baseball catchers. I enjoy high involvement with game prep to develop the appropriate scheme.
