While in the WLTL( Warehouse Logistics Team Leader) position, I completed the following projects:1. Slotting assignment : The measurements and addition of more beams in our racking locations in order to make better use of our limited rack space to hold more material.2. 5s Projects: Assisted in projects to 5s our dock and racking so that the company could evolve into 6s.3. created inventories & 5s'd our docks RF scanners, laptops, and tools needed for everyday operation. With the addition of logs to assist with accountability and the tracking of each piece of equipment over all shifts.4. Assisted in the creation of new processes in order to cut down on quality escapes.5. Developed personnel on both weekday and weekend shifts on SAP, LTS, costumer requests and PIV6. Completed rack audits/ Aging reports to ensure that the physical and logical racking matched, as well as pointing out aging stock needing to be RTS'd so rack space was not wasted.

Senior Patrol Leader - elected position by secret ballet. Responsible for the troop’s overall operation with guidance from the Scoutmaster. Takes charge of troop meetings and all troop activities, annual program planning conferences and assists the Scoutmaster in conducting troop leadership training. Key Highlights: Position fulfillment for the rank of Eagle met, this position was of service to the troop. Camped with the Patrols and lead by example from within the group. Secured full support from assigned Patrol serving as Troop Guide prior to running for SPL. Ensured all were confident to continue without exclusive Patrol leadership.

The troop guide is both a leader and a mentor to the members of the new-Scout patrol, an older Scout who holds at least the First Class rank and can work well with younger Scouts. He helps the patrol leader of the new-Scout patrol in much the same way that a Scoutmaster works with a senior patrol leader to provide direction, coaching and support. Key Highlights: Continued leadership over the Cub Scout Den after they crossed over to Boy Scouts for a seamless transition with additional boys from other Cub Scout groups.
