A practical role with responsibility for coordinating the internal structure of our organisation based on company policies, goals, and objectives to ensure an efficient working environment and that deadlines are met. My duties include:Overseeing the daily activity of the Mont Selas team.To ensure customer satisfaction and other requirements are met.To promote and enforce health & safety in the workplace.Preparing budgets, schedules, and other organisational reports.Providing motivation, advice and guidance to employees.Management of team workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines.Maintain and update operational costs while maintaining budgets. Setting goals to promote company growth.Improvement of existing systems and policies.Identify areas for improvement and implements systems to boost company effectiveness.Execute plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees.

A hands-on role with responsibility for the employer's day to day operations which include; Daily labour control; coordinate site maintenance or installation tasks with engineers and clients. Evaluate current training levels, health & Safety and current legislation. Maintain, update costs and order expended stock levels while maintaining operational budgets. Evaluate all completed work tasks and supply written summaries to clients, to continuously identify improvement opportunities and employment welfare, grievance procedures and motivation of employees.

I joined Mont Selas in 2006 as a Senior Engineer and progressed to the Service Managers positon in 2009. This was a hands-on role with responsibility for day to day operations which include; Daily labour control; coordinate site maintenance or installation tasks with engineers and clients.
