Responsible for the manufacturing of custom hip femoral stems and hip acetabular implants. Maintain a production schedule, forecast tool stock, and production material for current and future work. CNC machining, accurate laser etching of serial numbers, 0.1μm Ra finishing of femoral stems, in-process air gauge, caliper and CMM inspection, and passivation of all manufactured parts. Program tool paths and geometry for custom hip implants using MasterCAM and SolidWorks. Operate exclusively 5-axis CNC machines including a Mazak millturn and vertical mill, Haas VF2, Matsura MX-850, and Fanuc RoboDrill. Responsible for tool measurement, tool changes, and basic machine maintenance. Deburr and finish parts including tibial implants, uni-compartmental implants, and SLS surgical jigs. Utilize principals of 5S to ensure efficient use of space, materials, and budget. Collaborate extensively with engineers, management, maintenance, and other manufacturing cells to realize best practices for growth and effectiveness of the organization

Many types of scans require very specific safety protocols that in some cases are life and death. Being accurate in the placement of patients with technologists is critical to patient flow and patient safety most importantly. Along with scheduling, my duties include verifying and distributing radiological reports that contain information from both negative scans as well as critical life-changing results. Being accurate and careful in the handling of these results is another task which requires detail to attention, efficiency in processing, as well as sensitivity to the patients.

The Special Needs Parent Café (SNPC) offers a Babysitting, Companionship and Family Helper service for children and adults with special needs. SNPC believes part of supporting family resilience is to offer the services and supports that strengthen and build resilience in families.As parents of children with special needs, we understand that finding a sitter isn't always so easy. Maybe you are seeking a "date night" with your spouse or partner; or perhaps some one to one time with another child in the family. You might even just need someone to help with chores and errands, or help with getting organized.Some families are seeking someone to provide companionship and engagement with their child to work on daily living skills, or reinforcement of skills they're learning in school. Often times, our teens and adults want to participate in a community based activity without "mommy" or "daddy", but may need some support. ​There are many ways our services can support and assist families in getting a break, having healthy social time, spending quality time with other children in the home, supporting independence and improving quality of life for all members of the family.

At the Cognition, Memory, and Development Lab at William Paterson University we do research to better understand how young children think and learn so much in such a short time.
