Managing the RTX synergy portfolio of ~300 projects in Corporate Operations & Supply Chain. Responsible for maintaining the synergy definitions, qualifying of new projects, and value scoring of those projects. Own the synergy tracking tool and monthly consolidation to support the standing Cost Summit, Board of Directors, and OMM reviews. Responsible for synergy project alignment with counterparts in operations or supply chain. Led the DCAA audit actions special project to clean-up direct and indirect travel costs and emoluments for our ESWIP CAS covered companies. Led the merger synergy definition project by developing methodologies for calculation for the impending RTX merger.

Led a team within one of the RMD Patriot Missile product centers (BMC4I). Responsible for the quarterly estimates at complete ,sales forecast, and five-year plan process for the Sweden and Romania Patriot Programs. Presented to senior leadership at the program management and operations levels.

Led all Operations and Supply Chain finance efforts for the AMDR Engineering Design Phase and Low Rate Initial Production programs. Responsibilities included managing and mentoring an analyst who assisted on all daily tasks, key consolidator of the monthly SPY-6 Radar Program supply chain sales forecast and five year plan, and led the quarterly EAC process for each program and presented out to leadership. Led a team on improving the efficiency of our operations sales forecasting process that achieved Six Sigma Certification.

Responsible for Aerostructures product center finance including indirect expense planning, cost containment initiatives, aircraft costing and productivity, and all capital equipment submissions. Created best practice aircraft costing modeling and reporting to senior leadership and shared best practices across operations finance organization.

Supported the Aerostructures operations finance lead on analysis and automation of processes. Took on responsibility of Avionics product center finance and became the key financial contact for all General Manager related requests. Brought in best practices learned in the Aerostructures product center to drive labor hour efficiency and reduce poor quality on the shop floor.

Responsible for the P&L reporting in the Corporate FP&A organization. Corporate focal point of the long-range planning process. Assisted in the integration of a new software (HSF) to track the long range plan. Managed the President’s and Communication indirect budgets and reported out to senior leaders.

Took a leadership role in automating reporting in my repair operations rotation at Pratt & Whitney providing quick analysis on risk and opportunities to the monthly forecast. Took the lead of a fixed asset inventory initiative and credit making decisions for my general accounting role at Milton Roy. Achieved ACE certification on a process improvement team to improve the collection of materials to support President’s Council reviews during my financial planning and analysis role at Sikorsky.
