Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to learn and develop important skills which contributed to significant money-saving results by way of preventing millions of fraud dollars from being paid out. I've taught many others to do the same. My goal for 2024 is to make a shift from fraud investigation to fraud prevention and awareness. My experience in detecting fraud, and knowledge of proper investigative tactics might best be used in a service role in which I can help others develop this same awareness. Recognizing fraud indicators is not just a valuable money-saving skill, but also a talent. Criminal activity is often hard to detect. Understanding the trends, methods, and motivations comes with my years of experience.Equally important is the ability to recognize a legitimate claim and protect the relationship with a valuable customer. I truly enjoy the challenge of digging through the details of a questionable claim and looking for clues until the truth is found. Preserving the dignity of everyone involved is my personal approach towards resolving delicate matters.
