* Function as the Finance lead to evaluate and determine the global strategy for all Financial I.T. based systems, this includes assessing the value of existing systems for upgrade purposes and transitioning the entire organization to a global future state ERP system (SAP S4 HANA)* Partner with members of the company’s Leadership Team to manage the business relationship with our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) vendor that is responsible for the full order-to-pay process for our three proprietary drugs (Vivitrol, Aristada and Lybalvi) – primary responsibilities include; monitoring accuracy and timeliness, evaluating and executing cost savings procedures, implementing process improvements, reducing fees and ensuring that the 3PL is functioning in the most efficient and effective manner* Responsible for the global Revenue process, including Product & GTN revenue, Manufacturing & Royalty revenue, R&D revenue and our Intercompany Transfer Pricing revenue - FY21 global Net Revenue totaled: $1.2B (net of $688M of GTN and $634M of Intercompany Revenue) * Partner with the FP&A, Commercial and Government Pricing Teams to analyze and improve the GTN function, optimize product revenue, reducing costs and improving our product margins – tasked with identifying and eliminating State Medicaid and Medicare Part D duplicate billings and unit conversion errors, analyzing our State-by-State Utilization models and ensuring our GTN accruals/reserves are accurate and sufficient* Finance representative for numerous global, cross-functional Committees and Teams, including; 401k, IACUC, Return to Work Committee, Records Retention, Corporate Training, GTL Project Sponsor, 3PL Business Review, SAP HANA Steering Committees and many other Finance, HR and I.T. related project teams*Maintain the majority of my Senior Director, Finance responsibilities listed below - current direct reporting functions include; Revenue & GTN, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Stock Plan and 401k Plan

* Direct all aspects of accounting operations, including all transactions related to the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and project accounting* Responsible for the accurate and timely recognition of all Company revenue and ensuring that the revenue recognition process complies with GAAP and SEC requirements* Manage the Cash & Treasury function, including cash management, investments, debt service arrangements, maintaining relationships with financial institutions and ensuring that the Company’s investment portfolio is in compliance with Company policy and is accounted for in accordance with GAAP* Manage the quarterly and annual audit process with the Company’s external auditors (PricewaterhouseCoopers)* Manage the monthly/quarterly closing process, responsible for the accurate and timely reconciliation of all balance sheet and income statement accounts, perform monthly consolidation of the foreign subsidiary, tax compliance, and preparation of the internal financial statements* Develop, implement and maintain accounting system policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Company policy* Function as the Company's 401k Plan Administrator
