Designed new benefit plans for Madison Square Garden and AMC Networks as a result of spin-offs into separate publicly traded companies.• On an annual basis, evaluated the Company’s benefit programs and developed design alternatives that mitigated the annual increases in costs while continuing to offer a benefits program that meets the needs of our employees. • Implemented a new retirement plan record-keeper for the Company’s qualified and non-qualified defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans. The implementation included consolidating multiple 401(k) plans resulting in significantly lower administrative costs for the Company and employees.• Designed and implemented a total rewards online portal that provides employees with personalized real time benefits and compensation information.
