•Performing expert level Enterprise GIS server deployments, configuration, upgrades and enhancements;•Supporting all aspects of the City’s Enterprise GIS including; data entry, maintenance, and development;•Using SQL, Python, and Visual Basic scripts to query, manage, manipulate, and automate databases for custom reports and internal processes;• Administering Enterprise systems and databases, including geo-spatial data integration and all client facing support related the City’s Enterprise Systems;•Integrating 3rd party applications to interface with existing enterprise applications;•Assisting the Enterprise Applications Manager with process and document reviews, team leadership, and administrative tasks;•Providing mentorship and guidance to the Applications Division team members•Creating training materials and documentation;•Creating cartographic maps, tables, reports, and charts that are used in presentations, administrative decision-making, web applications and City publications;•Identifying and evaluating new and existing application improvements for public safety and other City departments as needed;•Providing City personnel with training and support for new and existing GIS and Enterprise Applications;•Overseeing and assisting with the implementation of enterprise applications;• QA/QC of spatial and non-spatial data•Assisting City departments with statistical and geo-spatial analytics;•Evaluating the need for new and revised enterprise systems, identifying possible improvements and making recommendations for implementation of those improvements; • Working closely with server and enterprise software vendor support groups to further diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to the owned products;
