Based in the in-house creative studio within the marketing team, I was responsible for video and motion graphic production for Moneybox. Creative includes performance marketing ads, in-app campaigns, content for website, email and social channels. Upscaling and converting media for various channels in different sizes and formats. Creating in-app content encouraging financial literacy and cross sell. Collaboration with Product, Design and developers to animate UI elements within the app (JSON/Lottie). Worked with external agencies and freelancers on large projects e.g. Moneybox TV ad, Crowdfunding video and academy videos. Hiring; review CVs and tasks, interviewing applicants on technical ability and cultural fit.

Produced brand guidelines for motion graphic and live-action content in various educational courses. Quality assurance. Responsible for outsourcing work and working with external agencies. Ensured all internal and external work produced was within brand guidelines. Filmed and directed actors in a green screen studio.
