Coordinate development requests with our EU office that have been sent to our US office by clients. Support old and develop new reports in an SSRS / ASP.NET environment. My day to day activities at Shopmetrics were project management in nature. This primarily included communicating with dozens of global clients directly via phone, email and Skype. Then translating client requests or bug reports to our European development team. From there, working with them to ensure the client gets the highest end-product delivered. I've coordinated custom development requests involving multiple custom web services. I've also provided development and coordinated many SQL reports and countless custom scripting requests.
