I provide expert support on foreign submarine, surface and air anti-submarine warfare (ASW) operations and tactics. I also conduct data screening, databasing track analysis, ACINT analysis and reconstruction of all-source datasets. I utilize information collected by various sensitive sources to track foreign naval vessel conduction operations within international waters and provide comprehensive intelligence reports on insights to foreign navy tactics and operations.

As the Data Distribution System/Portable Ship Control System Unit (DDS/PSCU) Program Manager I and the In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) I am responsible for the DDS/PSCU program. I oversee the planning and preparation of all DDS/PSCU software and hardware upgrades and installations.I develop the ISEA system/OBRP checkout procedures. I am also responsible for reviewing installation MOA's to ensure the accuracy of system upgrades and that all necessary materials are available at the ISEA and that they are delivered to the point of demand. I perform shipboard installation and checkout testing of DDS and PSCU systems.I review DDS and PSCU related documents and provide comments resulting from validation of these documents in the field.
