For the past 19 years, I've prepared estate plans for clients, drafted the documents to put the plans into effect, amended them as necessary, and counseled those persons selected to administer them when that time came. Estate planning includes establishing/preserving eligibility for state and federal public benefits for clients with disability/long term care needs, and may require attention to special needs and MediCAL planning procedures, as well as for transfers of property at death and tax planning. If necessary, to facilitate estate administration, a variety of superior court proceedings are available under the California Probate Code. I meet with clients at their homes or offices without initial cost or obligation. Travel includes Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. All questions answered.
