I manage our top performing LTL account. This includes handling daily operations of coordinating hundreds of shipments a month. I work with suppliers, manufacturers, and warehouses to gather freight and shipping details to then coordinate with carriers on pickup and delivery of the freight. On top of analyzing shipping data to evaluate trends and areas where the account can grow. With this I negotiate with carriers to increase profitability. As well as build a strong relationship with the customer to understand shipping needs.

I open the store on weekends to ensure the restaurant is ready for the busy weekend ahead. I ensure to provide exceptional service to our guests so they leave wanting to come back. As well as I promote teamwork between my coworkers as that is what gets us through the day.

I worked to assist members with their accounts. This could be anything from just doing something like a deposit or withdrawal to them having issues with their debit card or fraud on their account. In the last six months of working here I did over 10 loan write ups. With spare time I had in-between tasks I also created a flyer for a new mobile app we were releasing. Members would constantly be calling us asking how to use it so I thought to create this flyer which members found very helpful.

While working here I got promoted to shift leader within the first 8 months. With this title came the responsibility of closing the store at night. I had to ensure my coworker knew what tasks they had to get done by the end of the night. I also had to do the cash register balancing at the end of the shift. Now most importantly I ensured the customer was receiving great service and leaving happy.
