Worked in two different departments this summer. Worked the front desk at the Headache Center and Cardiology. My duties included checking patients in and out, taking phone calls from patients and other doctors, and sent messages to our practice's doctors in regards to their patients.

While working at Thomas Jefferson University I had two different positions as a temp. The first position I had was an assistant in the office of student life and engagement. My duties there included was answering customer phone calls and giving them solutions and ran errands to help the office run more smoothly. My second position at Thomas Jefferson University was an assistant in the EPIC department. While working here I was trusted with confidential information in order to go through their patient record systems and delete any duplicate records.
