Conducting safe operation of a 500HP Cleaver Brooks fire tube boiler for the use of a corrugated packaging plant. Maintaining record and log books for the boiler operation, maintenance, and consumption efficiency. Producing quality starch that meets the needs of the corrugated machinery, as well as safe handling of hazardous materials. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment is a key responsibility in any boiler room. I am also the hudraulics trainer for the plant, responsible for issuing licenses and safety inspection of all industrial trucks within the plant. Thermodynamics, steam systems, pumps, and maintenance are four main components of my current position.
