• Supervise, coordinate and assign work projects, such as converting to new hardware or software, and provide other technical support activities pertaining to Repair Department.• Analyze and resolve work problems, or assists in solving repair problems.• Develop and implement methods and procedures for monitoring work activities, such as preparation of records of expenditures, progress reports, etc., in order to inform management of current status or work activities.• Oversee the installation, modification, minor repairs to personal computer hardware, and technical support and training on software systems.• Evaluate work load and capacity of computer system to determine feasibility of expanding of enhancing computer operations.• Run trails and try different approaches to uncover if they make financial sense for recycling.
