I am currently a recruiter in the healthcare industry. At both InSync and Maxim Healthcare, I have learned what it takes to become a full cycle recruiter and through hard work, creativity and attention to detail I have excelled. I have been trained to recruit at the highest level, as well as manage client accounts. I feel like my skills attained through both InSync and Maxim have helped pave the road for my career as a recruiter, account manager or human resources generalist. Before recruiting, I was a Sales Representative at T-Mobile. My responsibilities were to maintain a consistent clientele and to leave that clientele satisfied. How did I accomplish this? I am honest, organized, driven and I have a knack for communicating effectively. In addition to my experience at T-Mobile, I also have office and leadership experience. At United Local Credit Union I was a teller supervisor. In this role I supervised three tellers at a time and prepare daily financial reports, such as ACH (automated clearing house) and share draft (checking). In addition I also prepared payroll distributions for various vacations funds of our credit union members as well as various other administrative tasks. Working at United Local has prepared me for the professional office environment to the highest degree. Finally, my work and experience at Starbucks Coffee Company molded me into the worker that I am today. Before I joined the Starbucks family I had only an idea of what customer service meant, but that changed at Starbucks. It was there that I truly learned “Legendary Customer Service”. As a shift supervisor at Starbucks I supervised three to seven people at a time, maintained store cleanliness standards as well as maintained store inventory. Of course most importantly, Starbucks is where I learned to be a leader as well as a team player a standard to which I still hold myself to.
