Duties Entailed, but not limited too:• Setup and administration of Allscripts EMR (Sunrise Clinical Manager, SCM).• Setup of SCM Citrix farm servers and associated applications.• Responsible for windows patching of server infrastructure that supports the Sunrise Clinical application.• Responsible for Sunrise application patching to resolve application deficiencies and apply enhancements developed in house and by Allscripts corporate development teams.• Development of PowerShell scripts to monitor servers, services, and install application packages in an unattended manner.• Technical liaison between Informatics and Clinical Analyst teams for daily task, implementations, enhancements, and new environment builds.• Responsible for the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of issues within the application that are escalated from clinical support teams.• Responsible for monthly updates to Rx terminology and dosage calculation systems• Responsible for first line troubleshooting of HL7 interfaces.

• Green field setup and administration of Allscripts EMR/EHR suite of programs (SCM, SFM, RIS, and LAB) and hardware components.• Setup and administration of Citrix Xenapp as the client application delivery method.• Setup and administration of VMware server infrastructure.• Setup and administration Exchange 2013 mail system and Lync 2013 Unified Messaging.• SharePoint server and site setup for helpdesk application and project tracking.• SAN storage management using HP 3PAR SAN, and Disaster recovery and business continuity using HP Peer Persistence between 3PAR storage arrays• Backup and recovery using EMC data domain and networker technology.• Additionally, responsibilities include management and maintenance of ancillary systems for hospital such as: o Siemens PACs imaging system. o GE Telemetry, GE CPN.o GP Dynamics ERP system for financial processes.o 3M HIM and encoding system.o SafeTraceTX Blood bank.• As Operations Manager, I also manage eleven help desk staff and serve as final point of escalation for all technical issues.

• Administration of the Citrix XenApp Environment for delivery of all client applications.• Management of the Windows Domain and all components (AD, DHCP, DNS, Cert Services)• Administration of the Vitera suite of electronic health record software (including reporting, back-end financial and insurance applications).• Configuration and tuning of Caresteam Softdent Dental.• Configuration and administration of EyeMD electronic eye practice software.• Configuration and administration of Shoretel VOIP phone system and phone reporting software using VXtracker.• Administration Schuylab lab integration software for in-house lab devices.• Creation of workflows for departments to standardize and improve the efficiency of clinic processes.• Creation of policy documents to address hardware and software change management, use/misuse of clinic technology and standard procedures for MIS operations.• Assisting and training medical staff on meaningful use compliance, HIPAA compliance, ICD-10 preparation.• Completion of grant applications (which were successfully funded) to cover clinic technology costs.

• Complete care of all of network and desktop technology within a WAN/LAN enterprise environment.• Utilization of tools like Cacti and Nagos to monitor for system crashes, network and system slow-downs.• Backup and recovery of data on local files servers using Backup Exec.• Application support and troubleshooting for Office applications and custom Corrections software.• Completion of systems builds for servers and desktops using Ghost and Ghost Cast imaging software.• Provision of purchasing advice on all technology related items.• Analysis of network traffic for better performance and possible threats (using WireShark)• Creation of VB scripts to automate normal business processes.• Creation and installation of a hard copy to digital file imaging automated process.
