Medical Instrument CNC Job Shop. Set up run and program parts on CNC Mills.

Set-Up and run Mori Seiki Lathes with Bar Feeders running Brass. Edit programs as needed. Perform 1st piece inspection and all quality checks. Tend to other machines as needed.

Worked in tool-room as toolmaker for 7 years making and designing dies and fuxtures for production. Also programmed CNC machines for production. Moved to Fabrication Surpervisor my 8th year with the company. Oversaw multiple departments including Press brakes, press shop, welding, powder coat, machine shop, CNC department and CNC turret presses. Manufactured parts to production requirements maintained monthly budget along with performing maintenance on machines. Laid off in 2009 as part of salary staff reduction due to lack of sales.
