I am a hardworking retail sales manager(team leader), filled with continuous drive to enhance and develop my skills. I am committed to my work; I took up full time employment at the age of 16 and have progressed with each year since. I have become dependable, organised and confident in both my inter and intrapersonal skills and through the workplace courses and training I have received, I have developed into a successful manager of teams both big and small. I am fair in nature; one of the many things I have learnt about myself over the years, and just one of the reasons I can attribute to my success to date. Interests I originally developed through work, have led to me taking up membership and qualifications with the Royal Horticulture Society, and my work drive has allowed me to most recently, gain my forklift license. I am continually learning, and I believe it is essential in order to progress in life. I am confident that these things make me a valuable member of staff, and a well-rounded individual, ready to take on the next challenge to come my way.
