We are the preferred contractor for and provide refrigeration service and compliance to a number of leading supermarket retailers. Day to day I manage London, the largest sub-area of the contract, ensuring that work orders are prioritised and attended within our SLAs based on engineer skillset, parts, location, job length, job priority, escalations and risk to life. This is a very demanding role, managing workloads and organisation is extremely vital. To save time, system knowledge is key and where my job allows it I’ve been able to continue my process improvement passion and implement a few process changes. Building a rapport with the engineers, my team, senior management and client senior management has been an absolute joy.
