Professionally, I’m passionate about helping organizations and individuals find effective answers to meaningful questions by leveraging the clinical knowledge and the experiences I've gathered over a career as a data scientist and outcomes researcher. Creativity, an inquisitive nature, and a solid work ethic are the currents that have driven my professional life forward. Over a career spanning two decades with experience in both pharma-sponsored health outcomes research and working day-to-day ensuring prudent allocation of health care resources on behalf of payers and plan sponsors, I have proven the ability to develop data-driven solutions and translate evidence-based insights into meaningful information upon which to act. I have demonstrated a solid track-record of both managing and conducting health-outcomes research and facilitating the dissemination of clinical and health-economic information to various internal and external stakeholders. I’ve worked successfully in cross-functional teams within highly matrixed organizations and managed technical (BI analysts) and clinical subject matter experts (field medical/HEOR teams). My peer-reviewed publications range in scope from disease simulation modeling, cost-utility analyses, real-world clinical effectiveness of medication therapy and studies of claims-based adherence and persistence.
