Works with assigned Corporate Bankers in Central/West PA & Lancaster PA area to manage a portfolio of Corporate Banking clients. Oversee receive and ongoing review of financial statements & reporting packages. Ensures credit quality standards are executed. Communicate with Credit executives regarding details of portfolio performance and credit metrics. Continually strives to build upon knowledge and enhance credit analysis skills. Participates in sales calls and is active in various community events, civic and charitable organizations. Cultivates new business opportunities from existing and potential corporate clients and cross-sells in order to meet client needs and deepen relationships. Ensures credit underwriting, due diligence and credit quality standards are executed. Provides portfolio information on a timely basis to be included as part of credit analysis and performance reports. Develop a continuous improvement mindset with respect to credit performance reports, cross sell effectiveness, and opportunities to improve processes. Monitor client financial performance versus plan objectives and financal covenants on a regular basis. Performs "maintenance calls", conducts "follow-up" with Corporate Banker and assists in credit collection work as necessary for assigned accounts. Reports credit deterioration promptly and works with Special Assets to mitigate potential losses. Maintains a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all corporate banking products and services. Services the immediate needs of the clients by performing the following with Corporate Banker(s): (1) Analyzes, with credit analysis staff, the creditworthiness of their clients and prospects; (2) Seeks additional approvals or policy exceptions as necessary; (3) Oversees proper execution of documents in accordance with bank policy; (4) Close the transaction(s); (5) Understand the credit strengths and weaknesses of clients;

Manages the development and continued improvement of banking products and services. Works with various business unites in the planning, development and implementation of the goals that support the growth targets of the individual products and services. Coordinates the communication of goals across all business lines and/or within the Product Management Group. Responsible for quantifying customer needs, market potential, operational feasibility and profitability of new and current product reporting across all lines of business. Responsible for executing product initiatives associated with annual operating plan. Drives execution and manages multiple strategic initiatives for new business and products. Creates strategies to drive the performance of product lines and/or alliances to ensure profitable operations within set guidelines. Researches industry trends, application and vendor for coordinating decisions on individual and branch credit for specific activities or production toward goals. Analyzes and/or prepares statistical data in support of the sales units regarding sales and financial tracking and trending

Responsible for Small Business Portfolio Management functions concerning their designed portfolio, which includes, renewal, review and modification activities. Maintain commercial lending authority of up to $750,000. Monitoring, maintaining, and adherence to the credit quality goals as set forth for the commercial portfolio. Provide guidance and support for Market Area Managers (MAM), Loan Officers, Financial Solutions Center Managers (FSCM), and Commercial Portfolio Specialists to ensure the proper servicing of the loan relationships. Work closely with the Special Asset Department including the collections team primarily as a liaison on an as-needed basis. Monitor policies, procedures, and external regulations exceptions and take appropriate actions. Knowledgeable and understanding of the SBA loan guarantee programs, special documentation, eligibility and reporting requirements. Ensure adherence to the underwriting and loan policy standards and accuracy of the risk ratings, as well as upgrades and downgrades assigned. Responsible for the preparation of portfolio review packages, reports, and credit quality detail as required for the Criticized Asset Committee (CAC) for their assigned portfolios. Ensure the prompt and efficient delivery of loan services to internal clients by adherence to service level agreements. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory and compliance laws within the department. Work closely with department personnel, keeping them informed of changes in policies and procedures. Work closely with the MAM, Loan Officers and FSCM to coach on loan structuring, collateral issues, credit quality, and other concerns relating to business loans, underwriting, and portfolio management. Recommends strategies to the Credit Services Manager and implements approved actions to achieve goals assigned to the department as established. Provide production, credit quality, etc. reports to the Credit Services Manager and others as required.

Responsible for business banking portfolio management activities including working directly with Retail Managers & Commercial Lenders (there are 42 branches and 7 lenders in my region). Business Banking credit facility renewals & extensions (both C&I & CRE loans), delinquency and other account administration activities, such as creating reports. I have a $500,000 of Commercial Lending authority to renew lines, extend term loans, restructure credits, and approve new credit facilities, change in terms, etc for Business Banking clients. Responsible to monitor each business banking credit using PRA software, which identifies and prioritizes those credits where financial statements or more information is required. Determines the level of review required for each business banking review or extension, whether Auto, Limited or Full reviews. Manage critical early warning triggers on a daily and weekly basis. Meet and interview prospective and current clients with the lender.

Responsibilities in assisting the Loan Review Manager in completing departmental programs, special assignments and meeting the objectives and goals of the department; performing loan reviews, compiling results into standard report format and perform special tasks as assigned; processing the requests for upgrades/removal of accounts from the Watch List on an as needed basis; acquiring working knowledge of the new/revised government/regulatory laws and company policies and procedures; and supporting the organization's commitment to ongoing quality service enhancement by participating in multi-disciplines guidance and project teams; complying with regulations and laws relating to the position.
