Job DescriptionLead in the preparation and submission of high quality bids, actively participating in compiling bids, including analysing the appropriate methodology to execute the project, preparing costing & pricing spreadsheets, and preparation of submission of bids.Ensure accurate and optimum costing and assessment of risks.Assist in negotiating terms and conditions of tenders with customers as well as suppliers.Management of the tendering and contracts processes in accordance Risk Management Protocol.Provide leadership, supervision and mentoring of the proposal team in the overall performance of their duties.Organize workload of proposals team including assistance from supporting departments and within time frames and costs.Receive functional guidance and advice from Business development Manager. Provide business planning and reporting assistance to the Business Development Manager.Review the lessons learnt/Analysis Report at the end of each Proposal.

Job Duties:Operates lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper departments or areas.Operate PB crimp tools, including diagnosis, repair and processing.Operate the stretch wrap banders.Unpack incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Receive and process all defective parts returned for replacement or credit.Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.Perform all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.Support the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times.Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.Required to make pick ups and deliveries to our suppliers for parts and raw materials using a company truck when necessary.Skills and Qualifications:Organizational Skills, Technical Capacity, Initiative, Thoroughness, Time Management, Communication Proficiency.

Job Duties: Clean up Unscrew or tighten pipes, casing, tubing, and pump rods, using hand and power wrenches and tongs.Bolt together pump and engine parts.Walk flow lines to locate leaks, using electronic detectors and making visual inspections.Dismantle and repair oil field machinery using hand tools and power tools.Guide cranes to move loads about decks.
