Responding to dynamic situations and incidents, assisting local area police with resolving medium to high risk situations, general patrolling and enforcement of public order, riot and CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear) first responder. Conduct search warrant entries, evidence searches, crowd control and active armed offender responses.Operational Support Group (OSG) Instructor and Assessor – Training police in riot and search warrant tactics. Reconstructed and redesigned the current CBRN of OSG course. OSG Team Leader – Leading 7-man teams for riot and search warrant tactics. Weapons Instructor and Assessor – Training students and active police in defensive tactics, weapons handling and firearms.Active Armed Offender Instructor and Assessor- Training police in small team tactics for dealing with armed offender situations. Developing and implementing training courses, active armed offender scenarios/simulations and updating current training plans. Incident and emergency management – coordinating large scale emergency situations.

Providing workplace safety training and assessment tools for companies nationwide. Developing tailored workplace training solutions in emergency management and evacuations.
