Processed all Address Applications for new and changes to addresses. Dealt with all address queries raised by members of the public (2010 Internal Customer Care Course), external agencies, and internal teams. Project managed any major address issues. Was the address POC for the emergency services, Royal Mail, Cllrs and senior management as the SME. 1 of 2 POC for Environmental, Revenues, Housing and Planning: Admin, Planners and Enforcement for land and property related UPRN issues. I also made referrals to internal stakeholders e.g. Planning Enforcement regarding new and potentially unauthorised properties.
