My role as Editor-In-Chief is to manage my editorial team with the goal of reaching a national audience. As Editor-In-Chief I am expected to envision what my community through recruitment, understanding their audience. I am also responsible for editing several articles a week with a focus on style and syntax. One of the more crucial components of being Editor-In-Chief is the encouragement of my writers. I share a responsibility with my writers to help them grow as an individual and also as a writer.
