I started tr:Eat as a hobby in 2020 and took it full time in January of 2021 after leaving the education industry in which I had held various roles up to senior leadership level across a 15 year career.In my new venture I’m looking to expand my customer base in both retail and wholesale arenas and grow to the point that I can open a confectionery school. I aim to offer courses to the hobbyist as well as professional development courses for those starting out in the confectionery industry.
