Lead Senior Content Manager
Current- Establish and lead the vision for the onX Offroad content ecosystem, including trails, POIs, base maps, and new content layers. - Lead the development, deployment, and evolution of the Trail Guide program at onX Offroad.- Built and now manage a community of over 1,000 off-road enthusiasts to record and publish guidebook-style trail content. - Develop and grow a nationwide network of off-road trails proven to increase the engagement, conversion, and retention rates of customers.- Work cross-collaboratively with product and engineering teams to define requirements and build scalable software systems to manage trail-content from acquisition to go-live.- Work with the marketing department to define target user groups, collaborate on content creation, and represent the brand in various mediums including podcasts, YouTube videos, print articles, at trade shows, and at live events. - Collect and utilize feedback from customers on app functionality, new feature viability, and current user problems to inform product team and improve product market fit. - Network and collaborate with industry leaders to create partnerships for Trail Guide, Stewardship, and Marketing initiatives. - Plan and guide backcountry off-road trips tailored for specific projects such as video shoots, customer appreciation, and product testing.
