As a Correctional Officer, I oversee and maintain the custody, care, and control of offenders on the facility. I actively enforce the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the company and DOC handbook. I worked as a Pod Sergeant in a medium security dorm. In a usual day I was responsible for maintaining the log book, movement data sheets, and all other offender documents that pass through the pod. I answer phone calls and proccess information quickly. I adapt to any situation given to me and I am also flexible in working in other areas of the prison. I am easy to get along with and I can effectively communicate with both employees and offenders while demanding the respect needed to complete all task in a professional manner.

I was responsible for serving Feather Fuel station guests in a polite manner. Also completing tasks assigned to me by my manager, and ensured that i met and exceeded all standards for my provided guest services to all visitor and casino guests.
