As a wine consultant for this family owned Importer and Distributor of fine wines I organized and presided over wine dinners and tastings, conducted cold calls and built long term relationships with new and old clients, familiarized perspective buyers with products from Masciarelli's unique inventory, created wine lists and sales initiatives to generate returning business and increase bottom line as well as continually educated myself, my accounts and their customers on the hand-picked experiences I had to offer.

Started as assistant GM. Raised to GM in a few months. The wood fire grill and locally sourced ingredients distinguished Palmetto Grill as special. An attention to detail from service to product kept the grill consistently full of returning business. I first came in contact with Masciarelli here and had an excellent experience with them as a buyer leading to a desire to work with them as a wine consultant in the future.

This French Country Inn had chef's from the legendary Inn at Little Washington just south. They served nine course meals of the highest caliber. Combined with an incredible wine cellar my experiences here were rewarding and educational...thank you Celeste and Alain.

Was recruited to manage the floor of a fine dining pub loosing money. Quickly earned promotion to General Manager over my first 6 months and began to turn loss into gain. There was an appreciation for the farm to table concept which I believe in very much.
