The position placed me at the heart of one the most substantial hotel transformations in recent history – the $300M+ rebranding project that converted the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino into Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, a Curio Collection by Hilton. As a core member of the on-site C-suite, we orchestrated property operations, finance, F&B, design, construction, procurement, and the successful launch of a large-scale integrated resort, even amidst the challenges posed by the global pandemic. A substantial portion of my career was dedicated to Ameristar Casinos, where I held corporate leadership positions in entertainment, nightlife, player development, guest experience (encompassing hotel, F&B, and casino), strategic growth development and i-Gaming. With eight (8) casino resort properties that cumulatively reached an impressive peak of over $1 billion in annual revenue, I had the privilege and honor of working closely with the esteemed Craig Neilsen. As an American Gaming Association Hall of Fame member, Craig’s charitable foundation remains the leading private supporter of spinal cord injury research in the U.S. and Canada.Education has significantly contributed to my personal growth, with a BS from Boston College, an MBA from Northeastern University, and a certification in Hotel Real Estate and Asset Management from Cornell University, laying the groundwork for my career to follow.
