As a consultant my responsibilities are to make sure first and foremost that every customer receives the ultimate HEMP experience that we take pride in. Making sure that every AU and Medical customer feels that all of their needs were met. Always staying up to date on what’s current, new and coming to be as knowledgeable as possible to provide the best recommendations for the guest or just to simply educate a guest on how adaptable, accessible and beneficial our products could be to their everyday lifestyle . Always making sure to stay in compliance during every interaction with a guest.

As Asst Bar Manager I'm responsible for closing the bar 5 nights a week as well as training any new bartenders. On a daily basis I make sure that the beer cooler is organized and that all beer kegs are ready to be switched out as needed, make the bar schedule on a weekly basis and take in and stock all liquor deliveries. Working on the bar I would focus on building customer relationships, ensuring daily side work is completed by all bartenders, as well as making sure the bar is fully stocked and cleaned to company standards.Other responsibilities vary on the shift I am working. My normal shifts would be either a Mid Manager or a Closing Manager. As a Mid Manager I am responsible for filling in wherever help is needed. From jumping on the line to running food up to the takeout cashiers. As a Closing Manager my responsibilities are ensuring a smooth flow through all departments during any rushes, cashing out servers and bartenders, completing EOD paperwork/deposits as well as making sure the entire restaurant is cleaned after closing.

As a Marketing Assistant I worked side by side with the Marketing Executives and the Executive Casino Hosts to provide any support that was needed. On a daily basis I would ensure that hotel reservations as well as suites were assigned and ready for all Platinum and Noir casino guests coming to the property. I would do "walk throughs" of all suites making sure any amenities or special requests were prepared for the guests arrival. I would also create itineraries for guests coming to the property allowing them to see all events they were eligible to attend. As well as being assigned the ability to select products from vendors such as Tiffany & Co, Movado, Vineyard Vines etc for the Platinum and Noir monthly giveaways. I was also responsible for planning off site events for VIP guests such as resort stays, ski trips, day trips etc.

As a Lvl 3 Billing Specialist I was responsible for taking priority calls from customers with consistent concerns about their accounts amassing large sums monthly. I was required to fully audit customer accounts to help educate the customer on the charges they were seeing and setting up steps to prevent further charges from occurring.

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, overseeing the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

In this role I was responsible for assisting the General Manager in all day to day operations of the restaurant as well as overseeing all the Nightlife activities on the weekend. As the AGM I would oversee all staff operations from hiring for all departments to monthly reviews. I would take care of the schedule on a weekly basis as well as assisting with marketing and promotions through social media. On the weekends my Nightlife responsibilities were to ensure a smooth transition in the dining room from restaurant to nightclub. Also making sure that everything from setting up VIP tables/requests to making sure there was enough security on property for the night.

In this position I was mainly hired to provide support to the restaurant. I was brought in at a time where the restaurant was undergoing a change in management as well as some renovations. I was responsible for providing ideas and overseeing the work that was being done to the restaurant. Outside of those responsibilities I refreshed/retrained the current staff as well as onboarding new staff for the upcoming busy summer season.

I was hired at Gamestop as a Supervisor and my responsibilities were to assist the store manager in all store activities as well as providing friendly, open and enthusiastic service to customers, in person and on the phone, including answering questions and assisting with product selection, purchase, or returns. After my 3 month evaluation I was promoted to Assistant Store Manager where my responsibilities had grown. I would assist in overseeing all staff operations, open and close the store, prepare daily deposits as well as assisting in all marketing modifications that needed to be made inside the store.

Responsible for running the restaurant when the GM is not on site. Most responsibilities were caterings, fundraisers, placing and receiving orders, cash outs, deposits, credits, scheduling, jumping on line to help push orders, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, inventory and handling customer complaints.
