• Provide training and “coaching” to the merchandising team for the floorset.• Communicate priorities, as well as focus on clear and specific goals for the marketing team.• Inform the productivity management team and identify the various performance issues. • Manage the merchandising team to perform the floorset while following and respecting the company’s standards.• Recognize and communicate the different merchandising opportunities with the store manager, make an action plan, in addition to applying it.

• Acts as a service manager and consistently demonstrates the brand’s customer service standards.• Collaborate with the management team in the execution of the store’s business plan to develop the results of key performance indicators and maximize business opportunities.• Manage all engagement and communication materials with associates, including store manuals, bulletin boards and break rooms.

• Play a leading role in training, development and coaching of Stock Associates and Sales Associates to develop the commodity handling skills necessary to consistently meet brand productivity standards in the processing of deliveries, replenishment, price reduction and merchandising. • Work with the store management team to ensure all aspects of replenishment are properly executed, including restocking the sales area, assisted opening, closing, and merchandise adjustments.• Provide coaching to associates when productivity expectations are not met, provide performance feedback to the store management team. • Supports store and company strategies to reduce losses; observes and monitors loss opportunities and informs management of any unusual activity in or out of the store.
