CurrentWhile I was employed with the company I removed and replaced control valves, pressure relief valves, gate valves, butterfly valves and expansion joints. Removed and reinstalled steam tracers, heat probes, heat exchangers baffle plates. Also I Pulled heads off vertical exchangers and bundles, replaced old gaskets with new gaskets, assembled and hydro-tested exchangers. Removed and replaced dollar plates, channel heads, bell heads, floating heads, pulled bundles; I inspected and hydro-tested exchangers. Blinded off headers and manifolds on fin fans. Cut and removed old tubes from fin fans, installed new plugs and expanded new tubes. Opened internal and external manways, inspected and replaced internal hardware. Removed and reinstalled reboilers. Disassembled, reinstalled pipe support hangers and adjusted spring cans.Using various tools such as basic hand tools, torque wrench from 100 lbs. to 1000 lbs., basic power tools, hydraulic, pneumatic, and pressure gauges ranging from 100 lbs to 1000 lbs.Keeping safe by using the proper P.P.E., such as hard hat, safety glasses, face shield, ear plugs, half mask and full face mask respirators. Prepare a J.S.A., other known as a "Job Safety Analysis" for the team members of my group and talk about the hazard overview of the task on the permit stated.
