I’ve been an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Memphis U.S. Attorney’s Office since 1991. My current emphasis is white collar prosecution. I have extensive trial and appellate experience in criminal cases, and am also very experienced in civil litigation, including deposition practice, motion practice, and mediation. At the same time, I have practiced theatre as an avocation and second source of income, working as an actor, director, and sound designer in professional, community, and academic theatre environments. I have also worked as a theatre educator at the college level, and am a produced playwright.
