I love fixing things, helping people and their wider teams discover how they can work better together. Because of this passion I was drawn to agile coaching and training. I firmly believe that using the tools agile offers can solve human sized problems in a human friendly way.In my 16 plus years working in product development, I have witnessed that agile, when executed properly can deliver all that it promises as part of a successful development team. So, when the opportunity arose for me to work as a transformation leader and coach, building teams (old and new) around the world who are moving into this way of working I was first in line. I now get to show teams how they can get to where they want to be, and hopefully help them to make their working lives more rewarding and interesting.
