I am trade qualified Boilermaker and as an apprentice i finished my trade apprenticeship 3 months early and continued employment with the same company for another 12 months before choosing to build a career in minning. I satrted off in maintenace then transitioned to operations a few years later in this operations role i was given training to become a supervisor second in charge and workplace trainer assessor to deliver specialized department training. I spent 5 years in this role before i was given an opportunity to expand my experience into the Chemical industry.
