Command Career Counselor - My mentorship and leadership of the Command's Information Program was pivotal in 150 Sailors completing 250 Career Development Boards and 48 reenlistment's with bonuses totaling more than $400,000 which led to the Command receiving retention excellence awards 2 years in a row.. • Training Department Head - Expertly led 35 Sailors through an extremely successful Unit Level Training Sustainment Inspection, scoring a 93.3% grade, the highest within the European command area of responsibility. • Command Financial Specialist - Principle advisor to the Commanding Officer on policies and matters related to Personal Financial Management (PFM). Completed several training topics on PFM to include; Car buying, Checking account management, credit card and bankruptcy, and Financial Savings, just to name a few.• Urinalysis Coordinator – Manage all resources (ie. • Establishing and maintaining over 3,500 circuits supporting navy tactical and defense information systems agency users. • Activated, monitored and troubleshot over 150 tactical asynchronous transfer mode circuits, 500 super high frequency C and X band, extremely high frequency, international maritime satellite and pier t-1 terminations. • As a direct result of my diligence, 12 carrier and expeditionary strike groups engaged in the global war on terrorism received reliable communications support. under my leadership, 12 technical control watch standers qualified for their watch stations ahead of schedule.• Assisted in the leadership of 12 military and 5 civilians in the activation of 135 Pier T-1, 75 SHF, 50 EHF, and 75 International Maritime Satellite terminations providing an uninterrupted flow of data to the USS GEORGE WASHINGTON, ABRAHAM LINCOLN, HARRY S TRUMAN, IWO JIMA, TARAWA, and NASSAU Carrier and Expeditionary Strike Groups supporting Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
