This early encounter with interactive entertainment blossomed into a lifelong passion, culminating in an unforgettable experience with virtual reality through the HTC Vive at the age of forty-four. That moment, playing Ping Pong in a virtual world, was a revelation - showcasing the remarkable progress in gaming technology and its potential beyond entertainment.My professional roots are deeply embedded in one of the world's most dangerous industries, where learning often meant surviving real-life hazards. This background fuels my commitment to leveraging game development and design for safety training in high-risk industries like Oil and Gas, Mining, and Construction. I envision using Augmented and Virtual Reality technologies to create immersive, simulated training environments. These virtual spaces aim not just to educate but also to ensure that workers worldwide can return home safely to their loved ones.I've explored various game engines - LITE-C, AGK, GameGuru, Construct 3, Unreal, and Unity, with Unity emerging as my preferred platform. My programming journey started with a Diploma in Advanced Software Management, learning languages such as COBOL, C, and Visual Basic, eventually expanding to C++, C#, and Lua.
