Duties entailed overseeing the design of a new target operating model, introducing customer segmentation focus on key clients areas and supporting a corporate restructure enabling scale up to £54m at a 40% margin. Corporate Restructure has reduced Corporate Overheads by £1m+ per annum.- Increased Fulker's Turnover from £14-17m in 18 months, with increased Gross Margins of 28-36% and Net Margins of 6-10% through Corporate efficiencies, Client Retention and new Business Development opportunities. Oversaw the Groups Operations Budget and the financial planning and analysis of the new Business Plan.- Created Curo's Commercial Service and then grew it to £10m inside 4 years with over 40 staff. Successfully implemented a high performing team that grew talent organically an achieved World Class Best Companies Status. Our focus on exceeding customer and corporate expectations drove a best in class performance culture.- Modernised Fulker's Corporate Environment introducing new Governance and Digital Transformation Strategies for scalability.
