I started with Topgolf Boise upon open. Within 2 months, I stepped into management. In this management position I focus on working to help fellow playmakers with there every need. This includes making sure that the shift that I am running is operating smoothly with little to no problems, focusing on engaging the customers and bringing a positive attitude in order ease tensions (swan theory). I also manage 2 of our department which includes scheduling 80 plus employees, building plans for events days ahead and collaborating with fellow playmakers to ensure success. My biggest achievement would be planning, managing and executing a full venue buy out which included 550 people. This event when off without a hitch, which shows my attention to detail and drive for success.
