-Manage the front desk and be the first greeter when a resident, prospective resident, vendor, or contractor comes to the office. -Emphasize providing excellent customer relationship management. Guest may be offered refreshments while waiting for a Leasing Consultant/Sales Associate or Move-In Specialist to meet with them.- Ensure that the entrance is only accessed by authorized individuals.- Respond to resident requests and inquires and works to address resident concerns in accordance with the companys customer service standards.-Assist residents who come to the front desk to make a service request by entering that service request into the system for them.

-Clean entrances including glass walkways, thresholds, etc.-Observe and maintain lobby areas for cleanliness.-Assist with snow removal, salting/ sanding, as it applies for property.-Inspect restrooms and clean as necessary, re-stock paper and soap products accordingly.-Picking up and removing trash via building compactor.-Report any maintenance problems to management office.

Porter:-Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces-Cleaning and sanitizing designated areas-Picking up and disposing of trash-Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, and restocking supplies as needed.Doorman:-Welcoming visitors, tenants, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.-Holding the door for people as they come and go.-Helping with luggage or packages, signing for packages, or carrying luggage between the elevator and the street.-Monitoring entryway areas and identifying and addressing any security threats or issues.

-Making guests feel welcome.-Answering questions and offering directions.-Handling requests: Managing complaints, taking messages, and responding to email inquiries.

-Load Amazon cargo van with 200-300 packages to be delivered throughout the assigned route.-Safely operate vehicle to and from each destination.-Use handheld device to manage packages, view customer information and requests, scan packages upon arrival to complete delivery.-Provide excellent service when interacting with customer.

-Drive to designated restaurant in timely fashion to pick up customer orders.-Ensure that the order is complete, accurate, and properly secure for transportation.-Efficiently deliver order while providing exceptional customer service upon contact with recipient.

-Select proper materials for fabrication according to blueprints and review with lead fabricator.-Prepare a cut list and execute the cuts to specified size and angle using a hydraulic bandsaw or other tools as needed. -Inspect the product to ensure there is no distortion or porosity upon completion of seam welds.-Occasionally drive to pick up materials and/or drop off the installation crew. -Drive to pick up ordered materials from metal distributers.-Frequently drive installation team to job sites.-Ensure worktable and surrounding areas is clean.-Provide a welcoming environment for potential clients by delivering courteous customer service.
