Serve as a System Administrator to school staff for technical issues. On-going first-line technical supportto school staff and students. Troubleshoot and repair computer and peripheral equipment problems/issues. Management of accounts and reporting functions for select instructional applications. Supportschool users with network access issues and reset passwords as needed via in-person and Remoteaccess.
