After multiple revisions of the CONOPS, the final tabletop exercise validated the utility and value add of the CONOPS in all planning scenarios involving fuel sustainment to operating forces inside a weapons engagement zone. The test audience planners found the CONOPS useful to support the ability to develop a variety of courses of action to support commander’s intent involving fuel sustainment within the weapons engagement zone.
