Data analyst, test planner, and primary author for planning, managing, and executing the Joint Operations in the Information Environment Playbook Toolkit (J-OPTiK) USINDOPACOM sponsored quick reaction test. This effort will develop, test, and validate a combined TTP for Operational Information Environment personnel to utilize new technologies to assess social media traffic and discern those maneuvers at scale and in near-real-time, to develop metrics of effectiveness for communicative reach.

Responsible for management of 4 contractor personnel and provides oversight of contractor test planning and execution, data management, analysis, resource management, and support functions required for daily operations in leading: Joint Sustainment in the Littorals – Fuel and Water Distribution (JSL-FWD) Quick Reaction Test (QRT), directed on January 27, 2021, by Deputy Director, Naval Warfare, under the authority of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Director Operational Test andEvaluation to address urgent warfighter requirements. After successful execution of three field tests, the JSL-FWD CONOPS has been fully tested, revised, tested, and further revised to become a user-endorsed document. The CONOPS has been proven to enable operational-level planners to effectively plan executable fueling processes with not only legacy but also emerging equipment, systems, and TTP. After multiple revisions of the CONOPS, the final tabletop exercise validated the utility and value add of the CONOPS in all planning scenarios involving fuel sustainment to operating forces inside a weapons engagement zone. The test audience planners found the CONOPS useful to support the ability to develop a variety of courses of action to support commander’s intent involving fuel sustainment within the weapons engagement zone.

Updated plans to address regional threats give senior leadership confidence that suitable policies and plans are in place to address regional challenges and significantly enhances the USAREUR-AF ability to conduct multi-echelon collective training.

Senior Analyst on US INDO_PACOM J-81 (Joint Innovation and Test & Evaluation) as member of OSD sponsored Joint Test, Multi-enhanced Domain Unified Situational Awareness (MeDUSA); MeDUSA JT which used today’s technology to enhance global and theater situational awareness of friendly/neutral forces in multiple domains. The JT developed, exercise, and validate tactics, technics, and procedures (TTP) that properly generate standardized information products from authenticated unclassified data sources for display on the CCMD’s COP in order to improve commander’s visualization.
