Accountable for the end to end operational delivery of all IT Services and underpinning Infrastructure in Interactive Investor (formerly TD Wealth International)- Delivery of IT services according to agreed SLA’s in line with ITILv3 framework.- Overall responsibility for approx. 70 resources including accountability for managed services/resource provided by strategic IT vendors. - Accountable for the end to end delivery and subsequent operation of ii's IT Infrastructure; This includes management of End User Computing, Network Infrastructures, Storage & Back Up Infrastructure, Wintel Server Infrastructure including Virtualisation, Web Technologies, Mid-Range Infrastructure, Middleware Services, Data Centre Operations and Systems Management Tooling.- Definition of the service management and Infrastructure architecture strategy in line with business growth plans.- Effective management of costs/risks driven by the implementation of enterprise technology solutions aligned to business strategy.- Accountable for the evolution and operation of ii’s Service Management processes in line with ITILv3.- Protection of the live operation environment through the operation of scalable IT Service Transition and Change Management processes. - Definition and implementation of ii's policies and standards- Operation and evolution of an effective service and infrastructure control framework to ensure IT services are delivered in line with the requirements of ii’s businesses risk framework and internal audit function

I was accountable for the delivery and day to day operation of business services and their underpinning infrastructure for TD Wealth International across multiple lines of business.This included:- Management of Domino and SQL Server database platforms for TD Direct Investing Limited, comprising of 50+ business applications including email, operational workflow tools and 3rd party software applications. - Delivery of core infrastructure and associated business services at TD Wealth Institutional Limited, comprising of 300+ infrastructure components running internal applications/software and external web based technologies.- Direct line management of Infrastructure Technical Specialists and Infrastructure Technical Analysts across multiple technology platforms and two business streams.- Design and development of strategic direction for the respective technology platforms in line with TD Bank architectural roadmap and local business direction.- Responsible for infrastructure governance across the international group ensuring global bank standards were implemented, monitored and audited.- Accountable for the planning and management of operational and capital budgets for the technology platforms that I was accountable for.
