Currently I am workling on a project that aims to predict the number of black holes with detached luminous companions that will be detected in the next data release of Gaia DR4. By using N-body simulations in the COSMIC software package and guided by theoretical frameworks based on binary star systems and gravitational physics, we hope to generate realistic populations of Milky Way BH-LC binaries, providing crucial insights into the mechanisms that govern black hole formation and the low-mass black hole gap problem.

Introducing science-content shows to public audiences, as well as delivering live astronomy segments on a variety of topics. Tech portion includes diagnostic with the full dome system and prepping the system for shows.

I run a tutoring business that helps students with subjects such as Calculus, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, and Physics.
